PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fitting workability, to eliminate a clearance of a fitting portion, and to improve the appearance in a fitting structure of a resin part suitable for the fitting structure or the like of a door grip. SOLUTION: A fitting claw 38 to be fitted in a through hole 11a of a door trim body 11 is formed on a fitting boss 32 of a grip base 30. After the grip base 30 is assembled with a door trim 10, a grip cover 40 is allowed to slide in the horizontal direction, and an attachment claw 44 is attached and fixed in an opening 39 of the fitting boss 32 of the grip base 30, and the grip base 30 is easily assembled with the grip cover 40 in one slide operation. Clearance and play are eliminated by regulating inward deflection of the fitting claw 38 on the grip base 30 side by a frame-like body 45 in a vicinity of the attachment claw 44, or a leg piece 44b.
