PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method and a treating provision of BOG generated from a tank truck or a LNG tank as raw material for city gas at a low cost without using a BOG compressor. SOLUTION: BOG generated from residual gas of the tank truck 1 at a LNG satellite base, etc. and a LNG tank 5 are treated as raw material for city gas. There can be changed to a city gas manufacturing process of LNG stored in the LNG tank, and a process for treating BOG as raw material for the city gas. In BOG treating process, vaporized BOG is injected into a vaporized gas line 9 of LNG where city gas manufacturing of the city gas is suspended without pressurizing the vaporized BOG to manufacture city gas using BOG as raw material and adjusted with pressure governors 11a and 11b to feed into city conductor 12.
