PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile type working vehicle as a non-passenger car facilitating the work by preventing a misoperation. SOLUTION: An upper turning body 9 is placed on a lower traveling body (traveling section 2) traveled and driven by hydraulic motors 18L and 18R in a turnable manner, and in the mobile type working vehicle equipped with traveling levers 11L and 11R to the turning superstructure body 9 for making forward/backward change operation, the turning superstructure body 9 is equipped with an oil passage reverse means 46 for reversing an oil feed direction to the hydraulic motors 18L and 18R in a forward position and a backward position to the lower traveling body (traveling section 2) and, at the same time, an oil passage closing means 47 for closing an oil passage to the hydraulic motors 18L and 18R is provided on a position other than an advanced direction of the lower traveling body (traveling section 2) and a controlling direction of the traveling levers 11L and 11R are approximately parallel with each other.
