PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing detergent particles, enabling improvement of a design freedom degree of detergent composition by using functional particles and excellent in quality, particularly solubility at low temperature. SOLUTION: The method for producing the detergent particle group comprises a step of mixing (a) a particle group [particle group (a)] containing a water-soluble polymer and water-soluble salts and having≥0.3 ml/g surfactant-supporting ability with (b) a water-soluble salt particle group having≥0.73 circular degree and≤1.68 aspect ratio and (c) a liquid surfactant-containing composition and supporting a surfactant on the particle group (a) and the particle group (b).
