PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly micronize liquid even when a flow rate is reduced without applying an excessive pressure to a supply system even when the flow rate is increased when each component is micronized and uniformly mixed by supplying a coating material in which components containing a main agent and a curing agent are mixed at a prescribed pressure and diffusing/spraying the coating material from an orifice formed in a channel. SOLUTION: A spray type diffusion mixer has a clearance adjustment mechanism 6 which changes a clearance C to be an orifice corresponding to the change of the pressure of the inflow side with the change of the flow rate of the liquid to maintain the pressure of the inflow side at a preset target pressure irrespectively of the flow rate.
