PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower holder, mounted on the upper part of a receptacle and enabling arrangement of cut flowers. SOLUTION: A V-shaped groove 9 is provided in the lower part in an inverted conical hollow side wall 5, the lower side of the side wall 5 is provided with four water passing holes B (7), the upper side thereof is provided with four water passing holes A (6), a knob 1 is provided on the upper surface of a disk 3 having several holes 2, and a step 4 is provided on the lower surface. The lower surface is mounted on the top part of the inverted conical side wall 5, and a bed 8 is mounted on the lowermost part of the side wall 5.
