Each frame bar (1) has a central portion which is U- shaped and may extend between adjacent facade panels. The side portions are shaped to hold the edges of the glass or other materials comprising the facade panels. The horizontal frame bars have cutouts in the sides to accommodate the ends of vertical frame bars which have corresponding cutouts in the ends.
