A memory chip (12, 14) receives voice commands from a microphone (10) via an amplifier (11). The voice is identified by decoders (13, 15) and, if authorised, sent to a microprocessor (8). The electronic equipment, e.g. car stereo installation, receives the commands from the microprocessor via a signal processor (3). The commands are passed on to the various parts of the stereo system, e.g. such as the receiver (1), antenna (2), tuner (4,5) and loudspeakers (6,7). All commands are shown on a display (9). |
