<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the disassembling of components during assembling. <P>SOLUTION: This tapered roller bearing comprises an outer ring 2 having double-row outer raceway faces 21, 22 on an inside diameter part, an inner shaft having inner raceway face 34 paired with one of the outer raceway face 21 of the outer ring 2, on an outside diameter part, an inner ring 4 having an inner raceway face 41 paired with the other outer raceway face 22 of the outer ring 22, and fitted to a small diameter part 37 of the inner shaft 3, and a plurality of tapered rollers 5 mounted between the paired inner and outer raceway faces 21, 31 (22, 41). A small diameter part of the inner raceway face 35 of the inner shaft 3 is continued to an intermediate cylindrical face 36 having a diameter approximately same as the small diameter part, a pulser ring 9 for detecting the rotation is fitted and fixed to an outer periphery of the intermediate cylindrical face 36, and the pulser ring 9 mounted on the intermediate cylindrical face 35 is used as a stopper of the tapered roller 5 and the like during the assembling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
