<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor of improved conventional type, capable of attaining a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor body 1 is constituted, such that a weight part 12 is connected with a supporting frame 11 as a cantilever via a bending part 13. A cover 2 bonded to the rear side of the sensor body 1 is provided with a recess 2a for securing the movement of weight part 12 on the facing surface of the weight 12, and on the recessed surface 2a, projecting stoppers 2b are provided. A linear stopper 5 is provided for regulating the movement of the weight part 12, by bridging on the surface of the support frame 11between 2 points on both the sides of the weight part 12. The bending part 13 is protected from breakage, by regulating the movement of the weight part 12 with the stoppers 2b and 5, when the weight part 12 is acted on by acceleration. Since the movement of the weighting part can be regulated by the linear stopper, without joining an expensive glass cover to the support frame of the sensor body is not needed to a low cost can be attained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
