PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonograph which can increase the validity when obtaining an echo signal from an attention tissue as three dimension echo data and shorten inspection time. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonograph which obtains several consecutive tomogram data by an ultrasonic probe with an ultrasonic transducer which emits ultrasonic sounds to a subject and receives the echo on the tip, a drive means which drives a spiral scan of the ultrasonic transducer which combines a radial scan where the ultrasonic transducer rotates on an insertion axis of the ultrasonic probe and a linear scan where the ultrasonic transducer moves along the insertion axis, and the echo signal from the ultrasonic transducer, the ultrasonic probe places an indicator which indicates the scope of the move.
