MOTOR/COMPRESSOR SYSTEM, AIR-CONDITIONER AND HEAT GENERATION SUPPRESSION METHOD OF INVERTER IN AIR-CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor/compressor, an air-conditioner and a heat generation suppression method of an inverter in the air-conditioner for suppressing heat generation of the inverter without degrading a cooling function of the air-conditioner. SOLUTION: A compressor 11-1 for compressing cooling medium based on driving of an electric motor 11-2, the inverter 11-3 for controlling driving of the electric motor 11-2 based on on/off of a plurality of switching elements, a temperature detection circuit 11-3-2 for detecting temperature T of heat generated from the inverter 11-3 and a switching frequency control circuit 11-3-1 for enabling the number of switching times of the plurality of switching elements to vary are included.
