PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a stable electric current flow in actuation of a transistor. SOLUTION: When zapping is not carried out, an electric current flows through the transistors Q1, Q4, and Q7, while adjust currents 11, 12, and 13 do not flow. When zapping applying predetermined high voltage to zapping terminals PD1, PD2, and PD3 is carried out, zapping diodes ZD1, ZD2, and ZD3 are broken and short-circuited. In this way, the transistors Q2, Q5, Q8 are turned on, and the adjust currents I1, I2, and I3 flow. Since the transistors Q2, Q5, and Q8 are connected via diodes, their Vce are constant, so that the dimensions of the adjust currents I1, I2, and I3 are not affected by on resistance, and a stable adjust current can be obtained.
