PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a program for surely and easily judging a minute change. SOLUTION: The minute change judging method judges an occurrence point of the minute change in a data string äa<SB>n</SB>} constituted of a set of time sequential data a<SB>n</SB>corresponding to time t<SB>n</SB>acquired as a physical characteristic of an electronic device. A time change [Δa<SB>i</SB>/Δt<SB>i</SB>] of the data string between minute change intervalsΔt<SB>i</SB>, and a time change [Δa<SB>j</SB>/Δt<SB>j</SB>] of the data string between minute change intervalsΔt<SB>j</SB>, are obtained by using the data string äa<SB>n</SB>}.
