PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent X-ray analyzer, which easily creats data processing parameters by a standard sample before starting the measurement of an analysis sample, and also to provide a record medium used in the fluorescent X-ray analyzer. SOLUTION: The fluorescent X-ray analyzer measures the standard sample under the sample analysis conditions of the standard sample from the data of the recording medium or transmitted data, and automatically creates the data processing parameter, before starting the measurement of the analysis sample, thus easily, accurately creating the data processing parameters, even if one has no expert knowledge.
