TOOL HOLDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share the same cutting tool to process holes which have different diameters by adjusting an axial center of a holder body to a rotational axial center of a spindle in a radial direction. SOLUTION: An inner perimeter hole 134 of a tapered corn 13 is formed by being eccentric by a specified quantity to a center axial line L1 of a tapered peripheral surface 131 of the tapered corn 13. The tapered corn 13 is rotated and operated by a pull stud 14 in a circumference direction of a shank part 121. A rotation center of the tapered corn 13 is slightly moved to the center of the shank part 121, namely the axial center of the spindle 9 which meets the axial line L1 of the holder body 12.
