PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for integrally forming an aluminum alloy automobile panel on which recessed and projection parts such as bulged parts having a prescribed depth are partially provided while suppressing surface strain. SOLUTION: A coil 5 is arranged closely to the surface of the part equivalent to the bulged part 14 of a door outer panel 11 from the side of a die 2 and the forming surface 3a of the bulged part 14 provided on a punch 3 is arranged closely to the rear surface of the part equivalent to the bulged part 14 of the press-formed panel 11. By charging electric energy to the coil 5 and generating a magnetic field shown by the arrow, the bulged part 14 of the aluminum alloy panel 11 and the flat part 14a around the bulged part are deformed and also the formation of the bulged part and the circumferential part of the bulged part 14a are performed simultaneously and instantaneously by pressing them to the forming surface 3a of the punch and its circumferential surface 3b.
