PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary absorber capable of efficiently and economically preventing bedclothes and clothing from being contaminated or the like caused by leaking out of urine or the like from a disposable diaper. SOLUTION: The auxiliary absorber 1 is fixed on the outer face side of the disposable diaper, and is constituted so as to be worn with the disposable diaper. In addition, the auxiliary absorber is equipped with a liquid-permeable surface sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable back sheet and a liquid holding absorbing body 4 interposed between both sheets.
