The arrangement collects air movements caused near central and side lanes of e.g. superhighways by motor vehicle traffic and converts it into electrical energy by means of built-in generators driven by bucket wheels, vane wheels or turbines. The system walls have openings with wind collectors on their leading edges for forcing air to generators.
