<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cash treatment system capable of improving operation efficiency while ensuring the safety of operation of a cash treating machine. <P>SOLUTION: This cash treatment system comprises the cash treating machine operated by a person in charge to perform various pieces of business processing, and the authentication terminal for issuing an authentication identifier for authenticating the person in charge who operates the cash treating machine. The authentication identifier issued by the authentication terminal is written in the identification card of the person in charge, and the person in charge inputs the authentication identifier as a password.
