<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler sheet for a solar cell module and the solar cell module using the same, whereby the solar cell module can be manufactured with proper characteristics, such as high strength, durability, weather resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, light-fastness, wind durability, resistance to hail, and is superior in suitability of vacuum lamination, and has high heat-sealing properties, without being affected by the manufacturing conditions and so on, and the solar cell module is applicable to various applications with stability at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The filler sheet of a solar cell device is composed of a resin film, which is made of a resin composition, including one or more selected from a group which consists of a copolymer or its denaturation and condensate ofα-olefin and an ethylene unsaturated silane compound, a light resistance agent, a UV absorber, and a heat stabilizer.
