<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic composite spun yarn cloth capable of obtaining an excellent whiteness and soft touch feeling capable of enduring even a chlorine bleaching process. <P>SOLUTION: This woven fabric is provided by arranging a sheath core type composite spun yarn obtained by arranging staple fibers as the sheath and a polyolefin elastic fiber as a core, as a warp yarn and/or weft yarn. The composite spun yarn woven fabric having fabric characteristics in a direction of arranging the polyolefin-based elastic yarn of≥10% elongation rate under a constant load and≤5% shrinkage of the woven fabric, is produced by drafting the polyolefin fiber, forming the composite spun yarn together with the staple fibers, wet heat-setting under a strained state at 60-95°C, weaving, without passing through a setting process, relax-treating under substantially without straining at or higher than a temperature of the wet heat-setting temperature in a later dyeing/finishing process and then bleaching with a chlorite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
