<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information distribution system and a personal information distribution method capable of preventing the leakage of information of one's own company to other rival companies and enabling only an entrepreneur having encrypted personal information to refer to the encrypted personal information and its additional information when a computer system managed by many entrepreneurs exists in the shared space of personal information and these entrepreneurs are rivals each other. <P>SOLUTION: A device 100 of an information providing source entrepreneur registers personal information encrypted by a key A in a shared information storing DB 300 via a proxy 200. A device 101 of an information acquiring entrepreneur acquires the encrypted personal information registered in the shared information storing DB 300.
