<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information useful for determining the amount of bid, and to efficiently carry out the bidding task of a user, and to support the accurate setting of bid conditions. <P>SOLUTION: This public work information providing system is provided with an access key issuing means for issuing an access key for a user, an identification database for storing the identification information of a user, a prediction information database for storing prediction information associated with the successful bid conditions of a public business and an operating terminal communicatable through a wide area communication line provided by an entrepreneur in charge of communication with the prediction information database. This system is also provided with an identifying means for identifying the access key transmitted from the operating terminal by the user based on the identification information stored in the identification database, an access control means for deciding access validity/invalidity to the prediction information database for the operating terminal based on the identification information by the identifying means and an access key updating means for reissuing a new access key by invalidating the access key when the permitted access reaches the predetermined number of times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
