PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a stable contact force against a positive electrode of a battery and a positive power source line of a circuit and yet to make a space needed for it small. SOLUTION: To a battery frame 3 on a top face of a circuit block 1, a conductive battery presser member 7 can be hooked in order to press a coin-shaped battery 2 housed inside the battery frame from the top face 2a. The battery presser member 7 has a terminal presser member 7a formed for pressing the battery plus terminal 8 of a coil spring inserted into a through-hole 3a of the battery frame 3.
