PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly and correctly fix a terminal holder at a certain position of a battery without making the outside dimension of the terminal holder larger than that of the battery. SOLUTION: In this battery pack, the terminal holder 2 formed of thermo-plastics with output terminals 3 installed at certain positions is so connected to the battery 1 so as to face to an end face of the battery 1. In the battery 1, undercut recessed parts 5 formed by reducing openings are opened on the surface of the end face facing to the terminal holder 2. The terminal holder 2 has connection projection parts 10 inserted into the recessed parts 5 on the end face of the battery 1. In the battery pack, the projection parts 10 are inserted into the recessed parts 5 and connected to the recessed parts 5 in a locked form by heating them with ultrasonic waves, and the terminal holder 2 is connected to the end face of the battery 1 through the projection parts 10.
