PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic support device capable of supporting a stabilizer bar elastically by inserting a bush (stabilizer bar bush) into an insertion hole, improving the molding workability of a bush body when constituting the bush with a rubber-made bush body and a resin-made block, simplifying a mold structure to reduce a manufacturing cost, and holding the resin-made block stably by a mounting bracket. SOLUTION: In this elastic support device 16 for the stabilizer bar mounting and fixing the bush 28 having the cylindrical rubber-made bush body 24 and the resin-made block 26 to a member on a vehicle body side by the mounting bracket 30, the resin-made block 26 and the bush body 24 are constituted as separate molded products.
