PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cogging torque concerned with the rotation of a motor. SOLUTION: For the motor 1, a rotor 3 is housed in the interior 2a of a cylindrical case 2. For the case 2, stators 9 are attached at intervals in circumferential direction to the internal perimeter 2b. For the rotor 3, a plurality of through holes 5 are made around a motor shaft 8 attached to the rotor core 4. The through hole 5 is rectangular, and its outer side 5a is made circular, and a neodymium sintered magnet 6 is arranged on the side of an inner side 5b opposed to the outer side 5a. A neodymium sintered magnet 7 weaker in magnetic force than the neodymium sintered magnet 6 is plugged in on the side of the outer side 5a. The magnetic flux of the rotor 3 becomes the one where each piece of magnetic flux of the neodymium sintered magnet 6 and the neodymium bond magnet 7 is compounded, and the density change of the composite magnetic flux becomes smooth, according to the circular outer side 5a, which eliminates sudden change part in the magnetic flux density causing the cogging torque.
