PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which changes the user's main address into a substitute mail address and transmits to a mail address of a partner of a destination, extracting a corresponding substitute mail address from the user's main mail address and the mail address of the partner of the destination, contained in E-mail from an user terminal. SOLUTION: The system is consisted of a server system which is accessed from the user terminal. The server system forms a mail box for every substitute mail address, the user's main mail address and the mail address of the partner of the destination, a mail address table corresponding the user's mail address and the mail address of the partner of the destination and the substitute mail address with 1 to 1, and a substitute mail address, and sends them to the user, It provides a program for changing the user's main mail address of E-mail transmitted from the user terminal into the substitute mail address and transmitting to the destination.
