PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting station which determines a program which grasps an user's needs and broadcasts referring to it, considering a subject that the broadcasting station cannot grasp the user's needs in a conventional broadcast receiving system. SOLUTION: Image recording controlling equipment has a service information memory 104 for storing a service information, a reserved information entry portion 102 for inputting indication of image recording reservation of a certain program from the service information memorized by the service information memory 104, a primary image recording controller 108 for controlling so that the program may be recorded when the directed program is broadcasted, based on the indication of image recording reservation input by the reserved information entry portion 102, a reserved information storage portion 109 for storing information about non-recorded portion when all or portion of directed program is not recorded, a second image recording controller 111 for controlling so that a portion which was not recorded at least before the rebroadcasted program, may be recorded, when a program, in which portion was not recorded, is rebroadcasted, based on information about the above-mentioned portion stored by the reserved information storage portion.
