PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer compensation apparatus for compensating a communication protocol whose abnormality is detected. SOLUTION: When receiving data via an interface 108, a communication protocol abnormity detection means 130 detects whether or not the communication protocol is abnormal, a DMAC (direct memory access controller) 1081 interrupts a data input from interfaces 101 to 109 or resumes an interrupted data input when the communication protocol abnormity detection means 130 detects the abnormity of the communication protocol, and a communication protocol compensation means 123 attaches a transfer end packet to the communication protocol to compensate the communication protocol whose abnormity is detected when the DMAC 1081 temporarily stops the data input from the interface 108.
