PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a printed board of high workability. SOLUTION: On a base body 2 where a boss 10 is protruded, a printed board 3 where an opening 5 is provided at such a part as faces the boss 10 is placed. A substrate holding member 20 is placed on the printed board 3. A screw 4 is screwed from outside the substrate holding member 20 to fit the printed board 3 to the base body 2 together with the substrate holding member 20. Tips 12a and 12b of the boss 10 engage with top faces 24a and 24b of the recess formed on the bottom of the substrate holding member 20. This engagement locks joint revolution of the substrate holding member 20 when the screw 4 is screwed, while a protruding part 21 allows visual recognition of engagement direction, resulting in a fitting structure of the printed board of high workability.
