The invention relates to a stroller embodied in such a way that babies are enabled to learn walking with the guidance of adults. Said stroller consists of a frame (1) provided with two wheels (2) which are vertically adjustable with the aid of a knurled button (9) arranged on a telescopic tube. Said frame comprising a seat (6) for a baby is held by an accompanying person (3) by means of a control arm (4) for guiding and helping the baby when he (she) is standing. The pressure on the legs can be reduced by a simple angular variation of the control arm (4) downward when the stroller moves. The inventive stroller is a device for initiating a baby to walk prior to the use of a traditional trotter.
