<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high frequency dielectric ceramic suitably used for a dielectric resonator in which a superconducting phenomenon such as that of a superconducting filter is utilized and an oxide superconductor layer and a metal conductor layer are formed so as to be stacked as conductors and which exhibits a fail safe function. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency dielectric ceramic has a composition of Ba[(Sn<SB>a</SB>Zr<SB>1-a</SB>)<SB>x</SB>Mg<SB>y</SB>(Nb<SB>b</SB>Ta<SB>1-b</SB>)<SB>z</SB>]<SB>v</SB>O<SB>w</SB>which lies, in a three components composition diagram, in a (x, y, z) range of a polygon obtained by connecting A(0.08, 0.29, 0.63), B(0.30, 0.22, 0.48), C(0.30, 0.25, 0.45) and D(0.08, 0.32, 0.60), wherein relations x+y+z=1.00, 0≤a≤1.0, 0<b≤1.0, and 0.98≤v≤1.03 are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
