<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for taking the components of Binchoutan(charcoal) which are considered to be good for health by taking them, together with tea simply in life and also taking nutrition of the tea maximally. <P>SOLUTION: The method for taking the tea components and weakly alkali components of the Binchoutan(charcoal) comprises by preparing the Binchoutan(charcoal) formed as a powdery state and tea leaves, mixing them (by 1 to 10 ratio), maturing them in a place avoiding direct sunlight, putting them into a hot water, boiling for 2-3 min and taking them as the tea. By the maturation process, it becomes possible to contain the components of the tea leaves into the Binchoutan(charcoal) in advance and to be able to dissolve the tea components into water (hot water) by involving the same in the weakly alkali components.
