COMPOSITE THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND ITS MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain molding which is thinned and exhibits high appearance from a composite thermoplastic resin composition which has nonconventionally excellent mar resistance and high rigidity. SOLUTION: The composite thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by mixing 5-45 mass parts of a graft copolymer (A) obtained by uniformly dispersing 1-20 mass parts of an acid-modified low molecular weightα-olefin (co)polymer to 100 mass parts of EPDM rubber latex particles to give EPDM-containing crosslinked latex and polymerizing a monomer mixture composed of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and a vinyl cyanide-based monomer in the EPDM-containing crosslinked latex with 95-5 mass parts of a hard (co)polymer (B) obtained by polymerizing a methacrylic acid ester-based monomer or a methacrylic acid ester-based monomer and an acrylic acid ester-based monomer and/or another copolymerizable monomer to give a thermoplastic resin component and mixing 100 mass parts of the thermoplastic resin component with (D) 5-30 mass parts of an inorganic filler. The molding is obtained by injection molding the composite thermoplastic resin composition at a mold temperature 5-50°C higher than the heat deformation temperature of the resin composition.
