PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin roll manufacturing apparatus for continuously manufacturing a resin roll almost the same in physical properties by reacting and curing a flowable resin raw material while transferring the same using a long sheet for regulating the outer shape of the resin roll using a molding pipe of which the inner diameter is almost equal to the outer diameter of the resin roll to be obtained. SOLUTION: The resin roll manufacturing apparatus is constituted of the molding pipe 20 of which the inner diameter is almost equal to the outer diameter of the resin roll R to be obtained, a long sheet supply device 24 arranged on the upstream side of the molding pipe, a cylinder manufacturing device 30 for molding a first long sheet 92 into a long cylindrical body 93 on the downstream side of the device 24, a raw material supply device 50 for supplying the flowable resin raw material M in the molding process of the device 30, a heating device 60 for reacting and curing the raw material M in a surrounded state and a long roll product pulling device 70 arranged on the most downstream side and pulling an obtained long resin roll product LR to transfer the same.
