PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid softening agent composition capable of suppressing uncomfortable smell even in drying washed clothes indoors by utilizing trialkyl tertiary amines which are not so much used recently as a softening base material. SOLUTION: This liquid softening agent composition is characterized by containing the following (a) to (d) so as to become [(a)+(b)+(c)]/(d)=1-50 (mass ratio). Wherein, (a) is a tertiary amine containing one ester group and one long chain hydrocarbon group in its molecule, (b) is a tertiary amine containing one or two ester groups and two long chain hydrocarbon groups in its molecule, (c) is a tertiary amine containing three ester groups and three long chain hydrocarbon groups in its molecule, and (d) is an aromatic containing 20-70mass% specific aromatizing component in the agent. By the liquid softening agent composition, it is possible to obtain the liquid softening agent composition capable of suppressing the uncomfortable smell even in drying the washed clothes indoors.
