发明名称 METHOD FOR CALCULATING ELECTRIC POWER VIBRATION DAMPING RATIO WITH APPLICATION OF OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily calculating a damping ratio of an electric power vibration utilizing a computer based on time domain data of discrete values measured by a real-time electric power vibration monitoring device and an online phasor monitoring device in an electric power system. SOLUTION: A method for calculating electric power vibration damping ratios with application of an optimization technique comprises a step for determining effcetive electric power data sections of time domains measured by a phasor measuring device, a step for initializing status variables of a wash-out circuit, a step for removing direct current offsets (DC offsets) by the wash-out circuit, a step for verifying oscillation frequencies by absolute values of FFT application results, a step for conforming to measured data of time domains from which the DC offsets are removed with application of optimization technique, and a step for outputting the result of damping ratios.
