PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stator for a rotating-electric machine capable of adjusting a shaft center mass imbalance resulting from a bias of a drawing position of a lead line of a stator winding, of preventing amplification of vibration applied to the stator, and capable of preventing disconnection of the stator winding and excitation to a dynamo-electric machine case. SOLUTION: This stator for the dynamo-electric machine comprises an annular stator core 15 in which a plurality of slots 15a in a slot extending in an axial direction arranged in a circumferential direction so as to open in an inner diameter side; a plurality of phase windings 30 wound by the stator core 15; a stator winding 16 drawn out from an axis end to outer in the axial direction of a rear side coil end group 16r in which each lead line 27 of the plurality of phase windings 30 is formed in one end side in the axial direction of the stator core 15 within a peripheral direction range; a first mass adjusting part 28 which is provided in the one end side of the stator core 15, and for adjusting the shaft center mass imbalance resulting from the bias in the peripheral direction of the drawing position of the lead line 27.
