SOLUTION: This system is a calculation device 20 of a fuel composition target value in a plant multi-fuel firing control system 1 which is structured to calculate an optimum fuel composition estimated value cD for minimizing difference theηr andηD from boiler performance indexηr calculated by a boiler performance estimation device 31 beforehand and a boiler performance target valueηD. In a fuel mixture ratio calculation device 10, a fuel mixture ratio rD (i) in each fuel transporting facility is calculated to make fuel composition after fuel mixture at a coal hopper 120 to approximate the optimum fuel composition estimated value cD and to make plant general cost M which is calculated from a plant equipment operation cost m and a fuel unit price mcoal (i) most inexpensive from the optimum fuel composition estimated value cD and a fuel flow rate x0 (i) at a fuel transporting facility.
