摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and stably calculate a rotation speed based on a rotational speed signal without being affected by a noise signal upon processing of the rotational speed signal output from a rotation sensor in accordance with the rotation speed of various rotation devices such as an engine or the like. SOLUTION: In order to determine the rotation speed using a first rotational speed signal S1 which is hard to be affected by the noise signal and second rotational speed signal S2 which is easy to be affected by the noise signal, interruption permission periods X1, X2, ... and YA1, YB1, ... are set with respect to the first and second rotational speed signals S1 and S2 based on the rotation speed calculated from the first rotational speed signal S1. An edge of a first pulse generated in the interruption permission periods is taken as a normal interruption timing, and based on the found interruption timing, the rotation speed with respect to each of the first and second rotational speed signals S1 and S2 is calculated.
