PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave amplifier preventing oscillation due to a feedback loop through a bias circuit in a configuration in which a plurality of amplifier circuits are connected in cascade. SOLUTION: The microwave amplifier is provided with a first amplifier circuit 11 having an FET 112, an input side matching circuit 111 connected to the input side of the FET 112, and an output side matching circuit 113 connected to the output side thereof; and a second amplifier circuit 12 having an FET 122, an input side matching circuit 121 connected to the input side of the FET 122, and an output side matching circuit 123 connected to the output side thereof. Further, the microwave amplifier is provided with a second amplifier circuit 12 for amplifying a high-frequency signal amplified by the first amplifier circuit 11. The input side matching circuit of the second amplifier circuit 21 is configured by a high pass-filter having a capacitor C2, and the capacitor C2 is structured in a slit 18.
