PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthesis image printing apparatus of a casing structure which can be installed in a wide variety of places. SOLUTION: The synthesis image printing apparatus is equipped with a main unit section casing which houses: a camera which can photograph the whole body image of a subject; a display device which displays the photographed subject image; a controller which has an image processing means for combining the photographed subject image and the background image selected by a user; printers for printing and outputting the synthesis image; and a main illuminator for irradiating the front of the subject with light for illumination of a prescribed brightness. The front side plate, left side plate and right side plate of the main unit section casing are provided with apertures, and the printers are selectively arranged behind any of the apertures. Also, a door provided with a print seal outlet is installed in the aperture where the printers are installed, and doors equipped with blind plates are installed in the apertures where the printers are not installed.
