PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply reduce sidestream smoke of cigarette without bringing a capsule to be hot and with leaving no butt end and reducing number of smoked cigarette and expenses for cigarette of a habitual smoker, and enhance an effect for protecting temporal discarding of the cigarette by treating to prevent heat injury to surroundings and fire caused by cigarette and introducing to discard the cigarette to a trash after confirming completion of combustion without discarding the cigarette on a half way. SOLUTION: A capsule is constituted to be used to cover a part of ignition of cigarette so that the smoke is inhaled by smoker only at the time of smoking and only minimal fire may ignite at the time of un-inhaling, and has a dual structure so that ashes may not fall and heat may not transmit to surroundings.
