<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train rocking measuring method, and a train rocking measuring device capable of easily and inexpensively measuring rocking of a train traveling on a track. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, the rocking of the train T is measured by shooting the train T traveling on the track R by a digital video camera 11 for a certain time (t), and analyzing shot images.
