<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily collect data communicated by the Bluetooth (R) between apparatuses by using a mobile phone. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile phone 30 with a Bluetooth monitor function intercepts initial communication between a host 20 and a printer 10, analyzes parameters required for communication such as a frequency hopping pattern, sets the result for a communication condition. The mobile phone receives data transmitted from the host 20 and the printer 10 on the basis of the communication condition, displays the data on a screen of the mobile phone 30, and stores the data to a memory of the mobile phone 30 or transmits the data to a customer center 100. Or the mobile phone transmits the data to the printer 10, which prints out the data. When data are defective, the customer center 100 troubleshoots the data, transmits the result to the mobile phone 30, which transmits the result to the printer 10 as required, wherein the data are printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
