摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag of a head part protection air bag device capable of stably securing tension in the longitudinal direction at the time of expansion completion even in the case of mounting cover cloth which is a separate body of an air bag main body to expand on a pillar part.

SOLUTION: The air bag 10 is furnished with the air bag main body 11 to be arranged below a roof side rail part RR at the time of completing deployment and expansion and the cover cloth 26 to be arranged below the pillar part FP. The air bag main body 11 is formed by hollow weaving. The cover cloth 26 is connected to the air bag main body 11 as the separate body of the air bag main body 11. At least a mounting part 27 near the air bag main body 11 out of a plurality of the mounting parts to be mounted on the pillar part FP of the cover cloth 26 is reinforced and mounted on a body side member 2F of the pillar part FP.
