PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete a notation part of management items from image data, and easily create correction image data which contain only a drawing part of a figure and a suitable margin part. SOLUTION: The program makes a computer 3 function as a means 8a which reads out the image data for Figures 41 to 4n, in which a figure is drawn in a drawing area 4b that is different to a notation area 4a; while the management items are written in the notation area 4a, a means 8f which extracts data in the figure area 4b from the image data, and creates the corrected image data, and a means 8g which records the corrected image data in the recording means 6.
