PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waste when exchanging a dispensing liquid, and to reduce restrictions to an installation place. SOLUTION: In a piezochip 10 used as a liquid discharge section, a discharge port 11 is provided at the lower end of the piezochip 10; a hollow needle 16 connected to the discharge port 11 is provided at the upper end of the piezochip 10; and a piezoelement 18, used as a liquid discharge element for discharging liquid to a channel 17 between the discharge port 11 and the hollow needle 16, is provided. A dispensing liquid container 20 has openings at lower and upper ends, and the lower-end opening is closed by a lid 15 made of rubber for accommodating a dispensing liquid 11 in the inside. The hollow needle 16 of the piezochip 10 allows the lid 15 of the lower-end opening to pass through, and the through-hole is closed by elasticity, when the hollow needle 16, which has passed through, is pulled out.
